On a related note, the postman delivered a fresh set of BJ2 boards to go along with my Semisouths! I may not get to it until fall, but I am anxious to get it built. Then comes the LuDEF. 😀 It's good to have an addiction support group.

It sounds superb! I'm passing a signal from Soekris DAC either direct (with digital volume control) or thru the Iron Pre. Iron Pre retains all the detail and energy, adds perhaps a touch of warmth and fullness. I'm a fan – well done sir!!

It sounds really amazing as a straight buffer too (no iron). Could be fun to put gain jumper on a switch and have 0db, 6db, and 12db at the ready. ZM legoblocks 🙂
