It has been a long time since I have cluttered something........(have compared Qobuz vs. Tidal all night).
There was some discussion about riaa correction.
The cheap 3-400 USD Cambridge MC/MM riaa was mentioned to have worse correction than P3 and this is correct.
I found someone that did a measurement on it (if we can trust the measurement) here:
https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...e-audio-duo-phono-stage-review-updated.46659/
It is specified to +-0.3 dB accuracy. It could be true. Ok 20 Hz it is down 0.5 dB but it cuts sharp below 20 Hz with purpose it seems.
At that price point they can't spend time with component matching. It seems for the price an ok riaa.
But......I need a riaa that can play Telerc 1812 overture......so I need 6 Hz!!
It is fun to watch the cartridge jumping from side to side when the digital cannons fires!
Maybe an optical cartridge is good for that? .....never heard about those......I need to catch up a lot since I played vinyl last time.

What is the desired current through Q9 (J112)? Someone had asked earlier but I didn't see an answer. (Hopefully I hadn't missed it).
Id 5.3mA from the simulation. (J5 in the attached file)

Any news on the timeframe, for the PCBs being available to order?
Everyting at diyAudio happens at the speed of volunteerism.
That said, things are nicely moving forward on Pearl 3.
