Hi ! Psycho
do not test the jyd/dc, they are not same type.

have you note the electrode of the jys/ac, one biger and other one smaller. the biger electrode is +
the biger electrode is near the cement in most reflector.but a few reflector are reverse, the smaller electrode is near the cement.
so you need to change the wire if the smaller electrode is near the cement
the + to + and - to -

😀

Hi ywh

I have the very important question.
Because bulb wants to buy from you to Panasonic PT-AE900U.

but your lamp is UHM, it is JYD/DC. not $47.00 ."

What does this mean????!!!!!!

Does this mean that, Panasonic PT-AE900U uses lamps JYD/DC???

Panasonic in the specifications writes: UHM lamp (130 W)

Is this certain that will JYD/DC replace orginalny UHM lamp (130 W)?

I apologize too bad English 🙂

I think that it is exactly getting to know worth as the lamp looks to Panasonic PT-AE900U.

That is why from the this the cheapest and the best pj is on the market.

I as yet have only picture of this lamp
Maybe some owner which is the better picture will disclose?

Hi ! marek301@tlen.p
where are you find this detail of UHM ?
we have some case of unsuccessful in repalce UHM, we don't know why?
if you can give me the PDF file of UHM lamps we can do other type lamps to fit your projector, maybe.

the lamp in your picture is UHP, not UHM.

Hi ! victor-eyd
I have this integrated (lamp/ballast) lamp kit that can successfully light a 15" lcd for 220. voltage, but not 110v.
if you can find a ballast can run a Europe standard HQI in U.S.
it can run my lamp too.
the ballast is electromagnetic, not electronical, so they are cheaper.
the ballast is for 400w metal halid lamp or mercury-arc lamp, not sodium lamp.

I thought a ballast was part of the kit? If not, this system seems to be more cumbersome (and possibly just as/if not more expensive) than a LL lamp-setup since I'll have to source a ballast for the lamp and a transformer to use for 110v.

Do you have any recommendations?

Victor
