Hi ywh,
I will definitely buy the lamp from you if that's OK!
When you say "the boss said it has been protect", does that mean the lamp has some kind of protection which only allows it to work in certain projectors?
But, I'll definitely buy it anyway, as it's an excellent price for just the reflector and housing! How much would a new JYd bulb be for this projector? It might be a good idea for me to buy a new bulb too.
Regards,
OzOnE.

Hi Mclorkus!
I don't know "the boss said it has been protect", but you can try it in your ballast. the bulb in the reflector is free 😉
the price of jyd is $65

Hey guys,
I have an older Sharp XG-E3000U projector and my lamp blew yesterday 🙁 ... now I dont feel like forking out $400 for a new lamp when I just need a bulb. I crossed this thread.
hopefuly I could get some help 🙂
the lamp is a 375W Metal Halide according to Projector Central. I also read on some board that my bulb might be DC, but I have no idea how to check it, I will post a pic later.
so will this bulb ... I guess JYs... be right for my projector? and will it work with the original balast? also, will it be brighter or dimmer than my original bulb? the projector is rated at 600 ANSI but is cloaser to 1000 in reality.
thanks, I really appreciate your help guys!

Hi ! SausageRocket
the lamp is a 375W Metal Halide , the User's Manual is right.
you need jys lamp. $400/10 only 😉
shipp : $5,
and it will work with your original balast. it will be brighter your original bulb. but you need your old reflector.
I found this :

Hi ywh,
I received my Infocus 4800 PJ today and the seller kindly included the reflector and lamp housing.
I tested the Sanyo lamp on the Infocus ballast, and it worked, so I now know that the Infocus is definitely DC as I tested the voltage with the multimeter while the lamp was working. The AC setting on the meter produces no noticable voltage at all, while the DC setting showed around 65V.
To add to that, on the underside of the ballast PCB it actually says: 75V 2.0A. So, this should be JYd DC 150W - is this right? Are you able to get a bulb with these exact voltage and current ratings?
Strangely enough, although the Sanyo lamp is AC, it actually worked quite well on the Infocus' DC ballast. I only tried it for a about 20 seconds though in case the bulb blew up!
So, it would still be very interested in buying the reflector / housing for the Sharp PG-M15X projector and a new 120W JYd bulb, and also another 150W JYd bulb for the Infocus 4800 projector.
ywh, could you please send me a total price for these bulbs, plus the shipping? Thanks. 😉

HI EVERYBODY...
ME gots a PIONEER Pioneer XG-10 RVD ... HE has originaly a 150 W Metal halide DC lamp inside...
The problem is the lamp wasent inside.... now i had to try several types....
i tried first 150W AC UHP ... after 2 hours paff....
then 150W AC MH After 10 Hours PAff...
Now i got a JYS 150W DC lamp inside.... it works well..... but:
the color is bad..... and the brigtness sucks..... looks like its too much white, its like brown or red....
and the longer the projector runs the bader the color gets (approx 5 -10 min) then its gonna be darker and more brown...
after cooldown and startup again the color is better but still the same game...
The voltage of the lamp is 94V @ 1.6A ........
perhaps you can help me....
i also wish to see the 4 different lamps on a pic ....
i mean:
JYS DC
JYS AC
JYD DC
JYD AC
thank you for your help!!!!
PS i got some 150W JYD ac lamps (3 pieces) they work excelent...

Hi! SausageRocket
I can order your now, but we need wait 18wheeler
Hi ! Psycho
sorry! I don't konw this word "paff".
and what is " the brigtness sucks"
the white is cold color, and brown or red is hot color.
If its too much white, unable like brown or red.
is The voltage of the jys/dc 94V @ 1.6A ?
maybe you need clear the strainer again,
or the 94V is too high, I can look for others.

Hello
Hehehe
Thank you Very much.....
Try to say PAFF *** loud as you can,,,,,, hehe
I mean "Paff" was the noise off the exploding lamp.... hehe
I think there is to less withe, because the brightness is very bad ... not much lumen output....
The Brigthness sucks ->>> that means like the lumens are very low..... (suck = bad / **** / not good) (like in a Online game ---> I suck --> im not good..)
ok now the photo gives me several answers.....
i think i need a jyd dc lamp..... shorter Arc -> less Volts = Better colors ^^
i order one to test....
thank you guys!!
