I did the Aussie and NZ distribution for 10 of these , and it was easy, no trouble at all really. Just show all who sign up the actual costs (don't forget Paypal fees if you are offering that), but all here were happy to pay by EFT direct to my bank account - so no extra fees at all.
Packing in a small bubble envelope was easy - I had these anyway.
Most time was involved in sending out and answering PM's, but you can include 5 members at a time on each PM.

That is correct - at least we did not have to worry about the very slow postal services (even slower now with early Christmas mail) between the US and Oz with astromo personally receiving them at BAF 2019 from NP and bringing them back with him.

Has anyone hooked up the H2 as a line stage preamp yet. If so what changes if any did you make to R1 & R2 (R6 & R7) and what value volume audio taper pot did you use?

Haven't done it, but I assume you'd omit R2 and replace R1 with a link or possibly a 1K gate stopper resistor resistor. The pot value would depend on the drive capabilities of the source. A 25k or 50k pot would be typical unless your source has an especially high output impedance or poor drive capability. In that case up it to 100k or more.
I may be more chicken.
I would use a 100R for R1 and a 1 Meg for R2.
That's just to have a path if the wiper on the pot opens up.
