I have used for R4 equivalent made with two Futhaba MPC74 resistors in series
0.1R ( 5 watts ) + 0.1R ( 5 watts ) = 10 watt's of the power dissipation and is sufficent
and don't run too hot , bigger are always OK if not bulky 🙂

3A2^2 x 0R2=2W05 , so 10W as Okidoki , even dynamically when you count on twice Iq delivered to load
though 20W is better for sleep

So.............looks like R1 to R3 and R7 to R9 are 1/2 watt. R4 and R5 are 10watt and the sole survivor R6 is 3 watt.
