I have plenty of more work to do:
There will be a BOM and Build Guide for the "baseline" implementation of the ZD25-Mini which has no unnecessary components.
The complete Build Guide will explain optional connectors and ways to use the PCB.

You were correct. The shipping fee for Canada should be $17, not $26. Here is the corrected spreadsheet.Hi @lhquam
Thanks for the list.
Are the shipping fees of $26 usd accurate, I’m finding it odd that it’s cheaper to send your package to Australia and Europe at $22…Canada and US are neighbours after all. Thanks.
Has anyone tried uploading the gerbers to a boardhouse?
I used JLCPCB and see no component label designators on one set of Gerbers, the other 'JLC' Gerbers has the board outline that includes the dead area the mosfets overhang.

I uploaded the JLC gerber zip file to JLCPCB. Looks Ok so far. The built-in gerber viewer matched the pics here.
I see the same thing but I’ve ordered the PCB and FET. Ihquam has ordered 100 PCB so he’s got plenty left.
I missed that. I will fix the dead area problem.Has anyone tried uploading the gerbers to a boardhouse?

I checked the JLC-ZD25-Mini.zip Gerber files. My understanding is that JLC uses the .FAB layer for the board outline, which is correct. The silkscreen layer (.SST) does extend outside the board outline.
Payment sent.
Thanks for rechecking the Canadian shipping charges and for your efforts on this project to date.
