i suppose to quote Prasi's messaje...
why use thin traces?, fill the damn thing with copper where ever you can... copper on the copper clad is free, why waste it? etchant (ferric chloride) isnt free either!

Prasi
Any documentation how to initial setting on sr200 ?
What voltage range i can apply without any change ?

It is an electronic (non mechanical) switch that is self powered (from the input power supplied to the speaker).
It works by opening the speaker circuit when an error signal is detected.
Sorry wrong explanation.
This one inserts a short into the speaker feed to protect the speaker and destroy the damaging amplifier.

I have found two different speaker protection circuits done by Apex. Which one to use with SR150? Is it possible to use them with another amplifiers - my Sony receiver, for example?
This type of circuits - could damage Your amplifier, be careful.

thank you so much for the reply sir..

Hi, every one , I just make a SR300, apply +/-50, I tuned bias maximum is only 120mA, It is normal? What is the design bias?
Thanks! my English not good! (I use MJE 15034, 15035, MJL4302A, 4281A)

I tried, same result! You should also connect the input GND to power supply GND

38mV isn't something wrong for an amplifier without servo.
Using matched pair at the input stage you can see lower offset voltage.
As i can see you have the signal gnd connected at power gnd but amplifier input is open.

It is 0.33R voltage, not output offset!38mV isn't something wrong for an amplifier without servo.

I want to know SR300 maximum BIAS is about 120mA is correct or not?

A sorry, yes i see now the test leeds.
Can you post schematic diagram?
Is it a classA,for a class AB it is a little high.

I follow this Circuit to build, (SR300 alex mm #2515)Hi,
Corrected files attached below . 🙂

120mA is OK but if you want set higher bias replace 1k resistor in bias circuit to 1k2... nice work
