Ok I replaced R137 . I have 0.00 volts on pin 1 now .

IT would be difficult to burn a 10k resistor.
What about the switches? In, out, jumpers, shorted terminal photo?

install jumpers in place of the shorted terminals (so the jumpers act like the switch does).

Yes I get audio . I noticed when turning the frequency pot on the amp the audio will cut in and out
Something in the area around the frequency pot is causing an issue with the output .
and I still have dc on pin 1 of all 3 opamps .
if I use my test oscillator I bet audio if I use a head unit I get no audio not sure why this is

Repair the RCA shield ground or ground the head unit to the 12v power supply ground if you're using a second power supply.
I repaired the ground to the head unit .
I still have an issue with either the gain or frequency pot in the amp .
The gain pot is marked B20K I have a brand new pot marked C20k will that work to replace the original to rule out the pot as an issue

Ok I replaced the pot .
the issue I have now is I can hear very low audio . Adjusting the gain or frequency pots has no affect .
