Turn the bias pots for both channels fully counter-clockwise.

Turn the bias pot in the good channel slowly just until you see an increase like in the demo above.

Do the same for the distorted channel.

The amp has to be clamped to the heatsink when doing this.

What do I use to open the attachment you sent? I cant open it.

Any browser should be able to open it but the powers that be make you fight for it sometimes.

Got it to work. Am I still measuring across the resistors for setting these?

The 5 10 ohm resistors, yes. The voltage will increase like in the demo amp meter.

ok so the good channel I went from 2.08vdc to 2.10vdc is that enough?

Yes. I just need to know that the bias is functioning. That may help guide further troubleshooting if you don't have a scope.

Ok I got the voltage to 2.12vdc with both adjusted. It seems like the one on the bad channel isn't as responsive as the one on the good channel.
