it will (the AC).. Connect a meter at the output and monitor the voltage as you turn the switch On and Off. Make sure you have a load.

Ok. Maybe I’m having the issue because I don’t have a full load. I just have Soft start->transformer->diode bridge.

No CRC or amp boards.

Once I install into my F4 I will check.

Not sure if this has been answered, so excuse me for asking again if it has. I am testing a board I acquired and almost done populating a second for a pair of F4 amps I am building. I got the switch led on and off working correctly, but I noticed the soft start is still allowing voltage to the primaries after being switched off.

Any help is appreciated

This is what your experiencing, "Phantom Voltage" and it was discussed very early in this thread.

Yep. I went back and read the posts. I tested with 100k resistor and voltage went down to just 7VAC.

I’m sure with a proper lod it will disappear entirely.

I was testing it, it does appear to work but I thought it would turn off ALL voltage when switched off but I still see voltage when the unit is turned off (4 Volts DC) after the diode bridged and 30 VAC at the primaries.

The H9KPXG-C accepts the Hi-Link HLK-5M05 - Is there knock offs that should be avoided?
HLK-5M05 is available from many sources. I can get a 10 lot from ali for a decent price. should I purchase from particular source?
I assume all of the units are made from the same chinese manufacturer but thought I'd better ask here first.

I see people using Meanwell and some other brands but from the data sheet the pin configuration is different.

If your using MJ’s H9KPXG-C boards, the HiLink AC/DC converter pins will not fit.
