Spring is Z (impedance) duda that contain the gigamagics that would cause same mishap in un- warranted places a bit like a zobel or 2.

The one on the amplifier board Boucherot cell - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (protects against excessive capacitive loads, and prevent HF from entering the amplifier (via the GFB))
The one on the LS connector board http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choke_(electronics) (blocks the LS-cable for being an antenna)
It is a distributed-zobel-network some on the main board and some on the auxiliary boards.
Frans is not only busy with his amp but also did a lot of rather complicated and delicate jobs for me when i was not availlable.

I reckon it's a hamster wheel connected to a generator.

Jacco, this is the saddest signature line ever, even sadder than the pathetic proposed replacements.
One amplifier finished in 8 days, one other (just starting) to be finished in 2.5 days 🙂
