Do you have the circuit that you used?
So I would have to do some smd work🙁 I do see to use DIP8 ADAPTERs. Do you think I would have to do anything special to this circuit? or use it as is?
I do not know this circuit and I can not help you, I do not know. I bought a simple OP bracket with parts already welded. is this the best circuit with choice of coin values, i don't think so. But what I am absolutely certain, the result is perfect.

Thanks... for the link🙂
My

Should have put the op-amp type😱 and a revision
This post probably does not belong here but I wanted to have gain or volume pots for the L12-2 amp. Something that works.

LJM's earlier posts, he adviced two preamp.(preamp 7 P7 mini) for L12-2. They are very simple preamp.s, first you can try them.

Can I use dual DC 25v power supply from Pass F5 amplifier with this amplifier?
According to the description it is :
+-12V to +-55V.
I imagine DC 25v is sufficient.

Will there be any distortions, do you need to make changes to the circuit? At this low voltage?
30w\4 or 15w\8
It is possible to use 1 pair of output transistors. Check bias, adjust if necessary.

Finished... Sounds perfect, no noise very transparent. 😀

If anyone is interested, I can post the schematic I used for the VU meters. It gets its signal from the speaker out-puts and there are pots to set-up for max VU when amp just starts to clip, looking at a scope sine wave. It runs completely from the speaker outputs.
The LED lights are fed from a 2 volt regulator.

I want to say that, VU meters looks pretty good like old times amplifiers. (I can't add vu meters on my amplifier. but, for knowledge base you can post here).
Preamp used
This preamplifier has no gain.
In my opinion, you can use potentiometer directly.
Operational amplifier with power supply. And there's no gain. It doesn't have to be used.
It may produce some noise. Anything with electricity has noise.😱

This voltage is very good. This is my favorite voltage.
Actually I don't like higher voltage.😀
Preamp used
I suggest you use it like this
No power is required.
A lot of times, we add something. Including money. It's possible to get the bad, not the good.
Here's a picture. Remove opa2134
