Does anyone have the CAD models of the V5 EF3-5 boards. If there exists the models for the supporting boards in the V5 set I'll take those as well.
I am one who likes to CAD everything up before I start to order parts.

I would like to get a chassis on order but I have yet to see the BOM to know how to select transistors and their associated packaging. Any guidance on which transistors to choose and their package? Also what is necessary to order from Modushop a chassis for a EF3-4?And for anyone with existing "standard" diyaudio UMS heatsinks:
For 1 Channel. All boards have some common holes that line up with UMS so getting started with the PCB as a template is easy.
300mm deep:
EF3-3 with TO-3P outputs - no drilling required
EF3-3 with TO-264 outputs - 6 additional holes (outputs)
400mm+ deep:
EF3-3 with TO-3P outputs - no drilling required
EF3-3 with TO-264 outputs - 6 additional holes (outputs)
EF3-4 with TO-3P outputs - 6 additional holes (pcb and drivers)
EF3-4 with TO-264 outputs - 14 additional mounts required (pcb, drivers and outputs)
EF3-4 with MT-200 outputs - 22 additional mounts required (pcb, drivers and outputs)
EF3-5 with TO-3P outputs - 16 additional mounts required (pcb, drivers and outputs)
EF3-5 with TO-264 outputs - 16 additional mounts required (pcb, drivers and outputs)
Give me a few days and I'll create some dxf and step files for you of all the v5 boards. They will only show the board outlines and mounting hole positions.Does anyone have the CAD models of the V5 EF3-5 boards. I'm the same,I like to lay everything out in CAD before I start.
I'll update the first post of this thread with that information a little later today. For now here is the modushop heatsink link.
Fantastic. All I really need is the DXF and thickness. I can finish the rest off in CAD. Once I finish the design I'll just upload it for anyone for anyone to use/modify.Give me a few days and I'll create some dxf and step files for you of all the v5 boards. They will only show the board outlines and mounting hole positions.

Please see the first post now. Pcb Thickness is 1.6mmFantastic. All I really need is the DXF and thickness. I can finish the rest off in CAD. Once I finish the design I'll just upload it for anyone for anyone to use/modify
I think the T ground board is missing. Here are the step files if you'd like to pin those up there as well. Please see the first post now. Pcb Thickness is 1.6mm

Thank you @stuartmp! Is it best to order direct through modushop's website or DIY Audio Store (https://diyaudiostore.com/products/2025-deluxe-chassis-5u?variant=50337364508951). )? Or do we need to order the chassis and the heatsink (from the link you provided) together from modushop's website?I'll update the first post of this thread with that information a little later today. So please check again later.
