Other problem: I have a few 6N1P, no ECC88 or 12AU7. Can I use the 6N1P to build a V10? And if possible, what changes are needed?

I have used 6N1P in place of ECC88. It draws more current on the heater but the pinout is the same.

A10 or V10, A10 use 2SK117 FET input.

You can use A10 pcb for test V10 with tube out of bord.

Yes, 6,3V to pins 4 and 5 of ECC88. Single tube (dual triode) can be use for stereo amp.
