I thought so(the marking doesn't look good), but maybe it is original one...
I saw at post #3317 there are AX-14 also use jengkols (with better marking)
but don't worry I have spares some old motorola 15003-15004 if this one is blown
I will try at rail +/-55VDC for 8 ohm load, is it is okay?
if they were original I believe they wont fail it is worth to try
I just realize it ... & I will try to redraw it if needed & fortunely I have some LM4562
Regards
No need to redraw...

Very first draft with mirrored output transistors. Can someone check it please?
A schematic would be very helpful .

I see a inverted 1N4148 make sure all is corrected before you continue, I think the original layout look good no need to redraw kind look like vintage style traces I like it

Bias transistor must be replaced with BD139 or MJE340 in your pcb.

Sorry, here are some picture of AX-11.

Nice work,

Hello Mile,
thanks for schematic. I will check the layout and then build a version.
For what other transistors you recommend a heat sink or mounting on the main heatsink?
Thank you for a new amplifier . Feels like an early Christmas

Outputs and bias transistor are from botom side of pcb... A17 use psu and protect same as AX11.
