Hello prasi and Mr. Mile, I've changed power transter with TO-264 package and track change by rotating MJ15030. Capacitor removed from Layout because I have allready simple PSU.

@gannaji or anyone: If using a Variac, would you put the bulb tester between the Variac and the unit being tested, or is a bulb tester not needed if using a Variac.

My arrangement is like this. The top right hand plug is through the bulb. The bottom two plugs are direct.
All the three plugs are with individual switches.
If this is used before the variac, it will also get tested.

The JLCPCB boards from the gerbers turned out great, but I haven't had a chance to build and test. The amp boards
are really small and cute.

Can be somebody to be so kind and drop me a link for latest version AX14 please or 100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier with PCB? I am happy with Toshiba or Sanken versions. All I want is just latest version which I can build.

very nicely done!..congrats...yes, this one can be used when you already have simple bulk PSU with caps. Even I have such simple PSUs and I could add this regulated PSU as additional.
You could slightly move away the output transistors so they dont foul with V+ and V- faston connectors..

Prasi thanks for advice, but I am going to use output transistor down side board and I m little late for edit because PCB in progress. I have a heatsink 50x80mm there for it's easy fit on it.

That bulb tester is your single best safeguard to protecting components. I use both every time. Without the bulb tester stuff can burn up at low voltages if something is wrong.

Should i replace fuse with bulb for protection? What best bulb type?

The bulb is for testing. It limits current to reduce the chance of burning something up. That current limiting will make it impossible to fully set the bias on a working amp.

I only built SR150. On an A/B test they are very similar. I think the A40 may have lower slew rate. If you have SR200 you don't need to build the A40. Both are great amps.
