but chinese 佛山市蓝箭电子股份有限公司-首页 manufacture this Transistors now
2SC3503 even obsolete replaceent is KSC3503DSTU

Keep it twisted as before. Just remove half side and move negative feedback removed side to GND.
Using BD139 / BD 140 is fine.

use bc327 and bc337 and do not forget to thank me later😉

This is the core of this amp sonic quality. Not very easy to find replacement.
KSC3503DSTU should be ok.
Replacement can be 2SC3788 or 2SC3789.
I cannot find better than that. Original hypex UcD use BC series but it is not proper for PA Audio. Mostly japan transistor for YAMAHA VAS series NEXO or P can be used.

Hi Mas Kartino, do you have smaller class D designs? Like 50-100W per side stereo?
Are you related to Bietronik in that online marketplace? Thank you.

I have many small design but in indonesia small class D is not so interested.
Bietronik and me has no partnership, but we work as group collaboration to develop class D in Indonesia.

Hi Kartino
Did you test XLITE Fullbridge 120 V DC ?
How much AC Voltage output and Ampe ?..... > 100 V AC ?
I think 2 Channel Fullbridge 120 V DC is the limit for normal Mains trip braker ....
Your friend show in Youtube assembled XLITE Fullbridge Rail 90 V DC
AC output about 86V - 20Ampere 1800W at CLIP -

I have one box with 125Vdc supply. Runs at 270kHz. Mosfet is IRFP4242. Maybe 2 years more used, mostly every weekend. But I don't have load test.
Fullbridge should be OK at that level output.
Hi Kartino,
what is the small board with pins ont top of the main which you connect in assembly video?

I share UcD Xlite Fullbridge.
PCB Credit to Dian Arif Lufianto.
Optimal supply 80-100Vdc
Output 1500W 8 Ohm, 3000W 4 ohm

hi katrino i wanted to start to make this amp . what are the pcb dimensions?
do you have a pcb using the to 220 package irfb4227?

look UCD Xlite V2 at youtube and you have answers
I've tried to build one of these, but i'm having problems trying to get it to start oscillating. Without load, it simply gets stuck (bootstrap led on - on a single halfbridge, no signal at output) With load (4-8ohms) it tries to oscillate, at about 800-900Khz but it either fails when an input signal is applied or simply by itself after some time. Trying to increase the capacitors in the feedback loop doesn't seem to affect it.
