1. Do you have picture from working Model or Youtube Video ?
2. Is this valid for this amp too ?
Arnold Core 1xMS157060, 19 turns for 90Vdc
or Arnold Core 2x157060 14 turns for a 130Vdc supply.
3. How about Micrometal Core T-157, how much turns, any idea ?
4. Does this amp any hiss or noise ?
5. can I change TL072 with TLE0272 or NE5532 ?
From TI datasheet TLE 0272 should be direct replacement fot TL072 and have better spec
6. What is the benefit for High Power discret Class D compare to IC driver CD4049/CD4070 and IR2110 ?
7. Can you share the latest Discrete Class D Half Bridge ?

You can visit my channel: kartino surodipo
I have many video including this amp
For this rating you will need 4 MS157060 per channel.
So that each inductor symbol = 2 x MS157060, 14 turns. Equally for T157-2. To get 30uH - 35uH
No hiss.
Benefit this amp this is UcD the sound is unique like class AB.
I will share hb UcD later.

1. Does Dian Arif Lufianto offer PCB to sell ?
2. CAD Data available ?
....Reverse Engineering existing PCB circuit board is a big pain
this software can handle it
Reverse Engineering - TARGET 3001! PCB Design Freeware is a Layout CAD Software|Support, Tutorials, Shop
Thank you mr.kartino
I am waiting hb UcD..
You can join fb grup class d next generation amp
Hi Kartino
Overcurrent protection is missing in V3, can you add like in V2
I have only schematic.
We can add anything but more and more complex and for DIYer it is loss it soul for me
Myself I prefer a fuse, no limiter, but only DC protection is a must.
I have experienced using big amps on live performance. What people worry about is actually not a big problem. I have never get amp blown (my class D). If so, speaker will be safe and only need easy repair, replace the mosfet, just cheap, comparing if we provide so complex circuit and those complex features probably will easy to fail.
We are DIYer, no body will blame us, except you want to commercialize the product like many people .

This is my fullbridge class D UcD.
It has been two years more. Mostly used every weekends. Never fail.
Beautiful, where can I buy this or similar SMPS ?

Did you driving hard at clip Limit for long tim ewith 18 inch subwwoder ?

This is local made by my friend Gloriel Waruwu. 4kW rated at 90VDC

At 90VDC full bridge mostly never get clip but the speaker first will limit, the coil hit the magnet. So we know the limit when feeding the speaker. Then we usually use a DSP rack to control the power. Most damage are speaker blown for some people in Indonesia, because people usually do not realize that this light weight amps Class D has such big output because for most of us this is a new technology.

Hi Kartino
Did you test V5, does it work stable ?
I scare Relais DC protect
since Im using Triac Crowbar, never lost speaker if amp fail
I want add Triac Crowbar for DC protect ? look picture
Does Triac Crowbar work with Fullbridge Class D ?
I never try Triac Crowbar with Fullbridge
What copper do you use for core in this amp ?
copper looks bery big, what is the name to buy ?
Sorry for stupid question, Im not electronic engineer,
Im working sales Manager

The idea of crowbar is blowing the fuse of amp and keep the speaker safe. That can happen safely to amp if proper fuse type and size is used. Otherwise it will sacrifice the amp itself. And probably the amp itself already damage so no problem. Yes crowbar can be used.
Any inductor core can be used with AL 25 to 80 for iron dust. Gapped ferrite also can be used. Bigger inductor will give better room from saturated. It means bigger output capability. Mine use 184 AL 80. I am not remember the ordering code.
