Bob, I don't have those but I do have a pair of IXFN48N50 devices gathering dust. Now they are only rated at 48A and 520W but if you think they would do let me know - for you and only you you can have them for the low low cost of $ .01 sorry that's my lowest price !
grimberg - thanks for the tip
woody - so kind of you - a local friend said he may have some - thanks for the offer
you guys are great

...What would I use in place of the IXFN140N20P?...
I'm using IXKN40N60C 😎

Papa Nelson and Zen Mod cause global shortage of IXFN140N20P! 😀
😀😀😀😀😀
did I told you that you ignore parts values on schm?

well - ignore them , this is still just a Mock-up .......
once , when thing is built properly , then values are real ones ......
well , sometimes when I'm drawing schematic , I have all resistor values the same

Like I'm used to say to Pa - Look , who's smart now!?

If there is a Zen Mod PCB, diyers will build! 😀😀😀
I heard a disembodied voice when I read that. 🙂

There are some nice big transistors in the catalog, but be sure to
pick one that shows a DC SOA line - there are lots of big fets coming out
designed purely for switching, and many do not spec linear operation.
You don't want a device rated 800 watts switching but less that 20
watts at 40V.
so,recapitulation of files still being just in PC realm
values pretty much sorted, wire-pad names also sort of sorted
upper pcb valid for all amp iterations
lower SIT pcb valid for 2SK77B,THF51S,2SK182ES ; LM317 and IRF cascode voltages adjusted to expected Ugs of 2SK77B , little tweaking of same desirable to maintain aroundish 9V across each input buffer half
lower mos puck pcb valid for Poor Men iteration
Hasta La Vista , Make my day Punk, I'll be back , Let's go to sleep

did I said that I ordered a pair of said pucks ?
funny dummy ZM , I forgot that I need two pairs for stereo Poor Men amp ..... anyway , one pair is enough for testing , I really don't need to build it for real, I mean to use it (stereo)
