I had the same issue for some reason for this part from Mouser - but I got it from Digikey, no problems at all.
From build guide:
"Do not substitute any LED part number except the one stated in the Bill Of Materials. Notice the BOM says do not substitute"

We are looking for a LED with 2V drop and 20mA forward current! Why does it have to be a very specific LED? What does it have? Platinum leads? Unbreakable housings? 🙂

Hello DIYspaceW,
you are in europe. You can check Conrad Electronic Shop >> Ihr Lieferant fur Elektronik and search for
everlight mv5075c.
In Germany available at a price of ca. 0,69 € per piece.
I think they will deliver to slowenia? But not sure.
And shipping costs will be much higher than the LED - price.

Great Dirk! You right I can order to Slovenia! Danke!
Yes, ships out this weekend. Mouser shopping cart assembled by Vunce just posted in the thread.
A big thanks for all!

I was soldering the OPA1611 to the Tucson board and pad one lifted from the board. I had no problem soldering the OPA1611 to the first board. Is there a way to order a new set of boards?

You can have mine. Send me PM with address and I'll get them to you.

Thank you very much.
I’m going to build the ISHIKAWA daughter boards and have match JFETs of 10.82 idss. I read somewhere a recommendation to increase the resistors to 15ohms with an idss that high. Should I do that or keep the resistors at 10ohms?
Can these be used for the voltage ref. Q6 and Q7 ?
LM385Z-1.2/NOPB | LM385Z-1.2/NOPB, Fixed, Spaendingsreference, 1,235 V, +-2.0 %, 20mA, 3 ben, TO-92 | RS Components
I usually get my components from RS and there was not direct hit on LM385_1P2 …...but close…...

Mouser doean't seem to understand the BOM C3 part reference: 598-SLPX332M050C1P3
Is there a manufacturer and series I can use for the best choice?
thanks,

I read the same advice. The idss of my Jfets is a shade over 10mA and I'll be using 15R resistors.

Skylar,
Thank you. I think I will do the same thing.
