i have 3 speakers sir at 1000 watts each,, can this amplifier handle this..?? the amplifier wont be damage..//??
The output from a 54-0-54Vac transformer will be somewhere around 600W to 700W into 2.7ohms.

what are the impedances of the 3 speakers?
assuming they are 8 ohms, when paralleled, it is equivalent to 2.67 ohms. this amp is not designed to run at this very low impedance, so probably the over-current protect triggered the audio cut-off.

Will they fit?
Half watt are usually bigger and usually have thicker leadouts.
yes it fits,but my question is whats the effect to the amp when i use 1/2 watts instead of 1/4?
The higher rated resistors run a bit cooler, but still dissipate the same heat.
