how to know that this transistor fake or original?? theres any sign or difference??? so that if i buy again i have idea..=) thanks

If you buy those transistors from Ebay, you will almost certainly have fakes. If you buy from companies who are genuine agents of the manufacturers stated on the parts, they will have a high chance of being genuine. I asked you what colour the 2SA 1302 was. Well?

Test - 4 ohm manganin resistor. Acoustics this, 15+12+1 inch.

i found out th problem of my b500.actually its not the amp is the problem.its the trnsformer.the 100 watts bulb in series of the xformer keeps on glowing even withouth load.i have to make a xformer for this amp.

This transistor used as thermal sensor (diode) in this protect circuit, base and colector conect together as anode and emiter is catode.
bd241 > tip31.

I picked different transistors.The best was the KT829 - Russian transistor cut-off temperature of 80 degrees.
