Wow, I read a lot of his articles with avid attention, a lot of what he wrote was very helpful during my stint at various semiconductor ATE companies. A sad loss for anyone interested in methodical analog engineering.

That just about says it all. I wonder how many people were educated by reading his app notes and white papers?

I prefer not to focus on the loss but on his legacy. Life goes on and Jim's great legacy is the passion and inspiration he's left in the next generation of engineers.
