to GOD be all the glory. my latest project based on this forum. i read notes on ir class d layout and there has been an improvement on noise issues . this is more silent than my previous designs .
works well but care has to be taken when soldering smd parts . some are too close to each other, maybe some day i will order a pre soldered board 😎

You design a version in tht ? Or equivalent smd transistors ?

my new version i use smd and a bit small compact board . the ground and -ve planes are also modified and well placed according to ir documents on class d grounding and shielding . will post results and photos soon . stewin
used the sub channel @ 2ohms( four 8ohms 18" subs) and it warmed after pushing it hard for two hours. the mid channel I used 4ohms .and all was well .
