transistor amp not working after shorting output

without transistors one side had 40v other like 6 with them like 28 and 7 so one side does not have power or whatever
What do you mean with 'one side' and 'other side'? what are you measuring? If the supply voltage is 55 volts, you should measure from the mid point of the amplifier (wich is + terminal of output capacitor) to ground about 27.5 volts.
Your measurements do not add up to 55, so I don't understand what you are measuring...

btw bulb now is not as bright as yesterday, i was reflowing all traces maybe it did something. so from now on if you guys can tell me if something specifically is a problem i will check it i spent a lot of days like 7hr a day messing with this xdd

I listened to the recording and it's distorted. What are you driving the amp with? What is connected on the input?
A cd player, a smartphone, a PC line output?

Please measure the 3 points indicated, with your meter on DC voltage.
1 & 2: across both resistors with the wire. R6 and R7 on the schematic.
3: across the two other ends of the resistors.

i will do what you say i should do , i can't do this on my own that way a main reason i came here xdd so i will post here what results i get in same places on schematic 😀 i think that something is preventing it from haveinf full power but what thats a issue
