Wow - looks nice 🙂 can you provide some link where we can buy it ? In my opinion all that chinese wima, nichicon etc capacitors & op-amps might be fake ...
Is it actually any better than other cheap tpa3116 ? I am worried that all that capacitors might be fake anyway 🙂 This board is PBTL right ? So probably more suitable for 4 ohms load, right ?
Probabely fake but you have the right foodprint so you can tweak it easy :-D yes PBTL.
For such power the power on/off volume potentiometer is a bit too underpower 🙄
The board looks nice... But I'm wondering why the seller state 5Amps instead of higher? If it's to deliver 200W total, at 24V the board should consume more current is it not?
If you listen sinusoidal signal with frequencies 50-100Hz - yes, then you need 200*1.1=220W minimum continuous power supply, or 24V/9.2A PSU.
For music 5A will be enough, for normal listening.
And the board really looks very nice - at least very comfortable for modifications.

What does this Differentiall-2-Singe-Ended mean? Is it important or should it be removed?

remove most of the noise by from the tpa3116d2 just removing r38. Thanks doctormord !! Are there any good/noticeable benefits with continuing with your recommendations.
I have noticed that 33uH coil are not recomended for 4Ohm speaker.
Thats why I will try this little amp. It has 10uH coil and would replace a dual TPA3116 amp.

Other question, I had the 2.1 TPA3116 amplifier.
I have it in my party amp. This amp was not used for a while... winter and so.
After turn it on it was not working properly. Only at some descend level. If I put the volume up the sound stops and goes.... But after a moment the amp sound normally again. So we were able to listen music at max level for 5 hours and my 18V9Ah battery was able to reload 6Ah. So only 66% where used :-D
The setup is of my party sound system is 4 TPA3116.
