Will you still share the Gerbers so builders not on the list will be able to play in the sandbox?

Yes. In fact, my preference would be to only share the Gerbers and let everyone else fabricate their PCBs and obtain and match their own FETs. But, that is not practical since the FETs are becoming unobtainium.

I am still finalizing the revised PCB layout. Once complete, I will have a set of 4 PCBs fabricated. After successfully bench testing the new boards, I will have a big batch fabricated and will make the Gerbers available.

I will need to acquire, measure, and pair a lot of FETs. The list currently requires 48 pairs of FETs, which might require
acquiring, measuring, and matching as many as 250 each of the NFETs and PFETs. Are there any volunteers to help?

I would be quite happy to use a set of Gerbers to fab my own PCBs and match the FETs. There are a couple alternate device pairings that I want to try, as I have mentioned already in this thread.
I will certainly report back with my findings.

Based on what the member Mr Quam has said in post #143, I would suggest that members currently on the list, remove their names if they are happy to get the gerber files and make their own boards and supply their own fets.

This will make it clearer as to how many Fets might have to be purchased. I also think it is only fair that the final price of the matched Fet pairs reflects a reasonable price to allow for the members costs in buying more than required and time matching and sorting them.

I will stay on the list to take advantage of the offer, thanks.

I would volunteer to help but too far away. Surely there would be another member there in the US to put up their hand.

50% yield means 240 devices to match.
5 minutes each for measurement, another 5 for sorting and packing.
That is 8 hours non-stop.
Plus another hour to select the quads from an excel sheet.
Another hour to post and send notifications.
That is a total of 10 hours.

How deep is your love (for DIY) !!!!!!
