TH-18 Flat to 35hz! (Xoc1's design)

I speak to my dealer on a very constant basis. And I am always asking about different drivers. So I have asked on almost all the 18 Sound drivers before and have gotten prices from them. The 2500 cost about 380 dollars. The 9000 I ask about a while ago and they said they are no longer making that. I also asked about the 18ID which is a bit peaky but works. That is cheaper than the 9601 also.

9601 is around 720 and now the 2500 if considerably cheaper and offers almost the same performance. Huge bargain in my eyes.

Possibly.

You may still be able to buy the 9000. I couldnt is all. My dealer only orders me what I need. He doesnt have stock. He is a speaker OEM and just happens to be able to get parts for me.

Either way I am just happy I can get BC and 18 Sound for a decent price. Now only if I could get Faital Pro also.:D

SW115 has a 4.5" VC and 60mm P-P.
9601 has a 5.3" VC and 70mm P-P.
Keep in mind that these xmax values are the mechanical maximum before the driver gets damaged - NOT the usable, sane range... I don´t have the specs at hand right now, but the real geometrical XMAX is a more reliable comparison. Somewhere I have Klippel measuerements which give an even more realistic XMAX value on how much excursion is safe to use.

if you want to go for the xco1 cab ,your best bet wil be the p.audio elf, concidering your choices .
none of the eminence drivers wil fit the bil.
here is a comparison between the 2400 and the elf

Can you show input parameter page may be I can try to sim by myself for another Driver.

They will "work", but their 7.62 Xmax is only about half of the B&C18SW115, so ultimate output would be 6 dB less, though they will be more sensitive, less power required for a given SPL.

That said, output will be almost 6 db more than a ported box, four will rattle your house.

:) so just to make you great guys laugh a little, and to show im not afraid of pro equipment
this is the top of my little party system

The "2402" was probably stolen from an ultrasonic traffic control station, and contains a 2405 diaphragm, which in the 2402 housing makes for a rising response peaking around 21,000 Hz.
