Tannoy 3134 DC ZM-induced purchase, service and repair

dimensions, plural

so, both Dia of tube and Length can change

all practically depending of mood of actual operator of simulating software ................. in short - should I allow you use of PVC sewage standard dia pipe, or should I choose hardest to find non-standard Dia tube, thus increasing level of necessary efforts in making the boxes, resulting in perception of much higher sound quality and value of favor I made for you

That way I can also try my 12” and re-tune it accordingly.

that needs confirmation; taking actual box sim for 15" driver, and inputing data of 12" driver, then trying to vary TL tube and stuffing to optimize for 12"

but, don't hold your breath; in this moment I'm 3 (5 ....... 7......... 9.......... 12?) years late with things I want to do ..... just partially resulting from time spent to really keep up with things I must do

Ah yes, now I remember.

The overall box dimensions on the MathCAD sheet for the 3149 were also slightly different…not just the port and stuffing.

EDIT: That must be why it was so easy to rationalize old GRF cabinets purchase 😉

150mm br port was pretty dificult to find locally so

I've told you ....... but probably not clear enough

standard sewage PVC pipe - OD is 160mm, wall thickness 3.2mm, resulting in ID of 154.6mm

close enough in my book, even without re-calc for difference of 4.6mm ....... which is 6% diff of area, hardly bigger than any of other variables in system
