I used fostex 103 - this driver quite good. You can use drawing for driver 4,5inch. If you want a design smaller, I can draw others to you. Let me know, how size you want?
The speaker should be only 110mm=w and 350mm=h. Its the space i have on the sides of my computer monitor.
I'm afraid that the size you want is too small, will not promote the full potential of driver.
Here is the enclosure I used Fostex 103. size H50cm, W17cm, D20.5cm.
Here is the frequency response graph when I used driver Fostex 103
You can hear frequency range 65hz-16khz.
I can design an enclosure better, with size H40-50cm; W14cm; D30cm. You Ok?

Have a problem, you use Fostex 103 you must be cutting baffle hole diameter for driver are 9.3cm. If you use plywood 1cm then wide of enclosure at least is 12cm can not 10cm.
I knew, for building i must make some tricks. But this is not a big problem. with a inner wide of 100mm i can make the front 130mm wide. Thats enough to make a 93mm hole.
Ok! I will draw the dimension in side at least and the dimension out side you will choose! Wait me a few day.

Looks great gychang. Nothing wrong with going for innexpensive drivers. Recent threads show expensive drivers aren't always better.
Greg, They blocked your YOU TUBE demo, just when I wanted to hear the results of this build! I have been waiting for this one, as you said you were going to do this build a while back. Anyway, I hope they sound as good as your expectations indicated. BTW they look Great!!
