Units got delivered, currently being individually tested and configured for USB PD on @bohrok2610's test module.
Packing/shipping materials should arrive coming week.

One dumb question.

If I’m planning to use two SS's to supply two units for a stereo preamp project, how would I wire the input from both boards to use one USB source?
Should I just simply bridge v+ to v+ and v- to v- from each board and then run it to the single USB source?

Yes. But note that both grounds from the +/-15V (and 5V) outputs from the SilentSwitchers are connected together in that situation.
Should normally not be a problem.

If I understand correctly you would like to have a sort of dual mono preamp using 2 SilentSwitchers? If the total current draw is less than what single board can supply then I would just use a single SilentSwitcher. If you really do need 2 SilentSwitchers you could use a USB cable splitter provided your USB power source has enough load capacity. USB PD would not work with splitter but that should not be a problem.

Yes, by replacing 4 1206-sized resistors. The top board in https://www.diyaudio.com/community/attachments/ssxlv3-jpg.1330175/ has +/-24V output.

Friends, due to some medical issues I am experiencing, I have asked Martti (@bohrok2610) to take over this project, to which he graciously agreed.
Martti knows the project very well; he made some changes to the original design and layout for the latest improved version.
I will work with him in case any issues turn up, but will step down from active participation in this thread.
