Very cool, and very tidy, excellent job 😎
Can you post the part number and supplier for the chokes please.
2.2mH - 1.6mm / 14AWG
D=80mm, L=30mm

They are not purchased, my friend made them.
Looks like I'm going to have to wind my own.

....
About the coils what is the cooper lenght please?
Inductor Designer / Calculator
don't go above 0R22
Tanks Zen
146 Feet but got loads of trubles converting that to meters
evvery time I got past a certain point I have to turn a corner and loose count.
And I am only size 7😀
Joke
right 50 meters shuld do nicely but calculator came up with 0.36 R
Had 2 on the mule cooper came by the kilo so I got 2 kilos and it was 2.5 mm square.
Not a blody clue of how meny henries and they look crap as right pain to bend and wind nicely.
PS tanks for calculator I sure it be handy.
PSS How do you mannage to find this stuff and remember where it is?

that's famous Mighty ZM's Futile Attempts Method

now you can go nutz ..... old recipe :
"some data for my chokes (presumably 9mH, certainly 0E2 Rdc) :
EI72 package
height of package ~30mm
entire window filled with 1,25 enameled wire
air gap ~ 0,5 mm "
Yes , it was my intention. I would like to have no normal box.Looks like I'm going to have to wind my own.

Not Really....
Air core
By the way, the advantage of air core as opposed to ferrite core is that they have constant inductance irrespective of load.
Of course in a class A amp that argument is diluted because current is essentially
allways the same....well almost !😎
