R128-135: If you like to run it with 8 Ohm speakers I'll suggest 0.22R, for 4 Ohm 0.33 and for 2 Ohm speakers 0R47.
R138-135: Noting to calculate... Use what you like... Some like Base resistors, some don't.... I normally use 2R2.

There is no advantage at all to use nonpolarized lythics in this position. Besides, you have always one polarity. Those are for decoupling and a not very sensitive spot regarding audio signals.

It´s not easy to read the values exactly of the SOA-curve.

Can we say that 50V/4A and 55V/3,7A and 60V/3,4A is all on the safe and good sounding side ?

It´s no absolute symetri between 21193 and 21194, but that´s perhaps a part of the transistortechnology to deal with.
