Yup, I'm still learning about a lot of this stuff, and sometimes when you dont know something, you dont even know there is a piece of information to extract..

ZM, I see you included some sort of protection circuit on this build [Loudsp. Protect Stereo]. What are the considerations for this, and would you recommend it for other diy amps? Just asking as I wouldn't want anything to happen to my main speakers. And do you have a link to this circuit or offer this pcb? Thanks.

I can share files for that protection ...... but for everyone around is much easier to buy ready made one from Ali or whatever, with uPC1237 or similar**, than to arrange production of pcbs and chase of sorta rare protection chip
I'm thinking of sending freebie bare pcb with all my kits, and even uPC1237 , if I succeed in getting them in quantity from trusted source
If I find enough time to get circuit with more generic parts, things could be much simpler

Thanks, I currently have an issue in one channel of new to me WvL Son fieldcoil speakers after listening contently for one week, not sure why and if DIY ACA could be a culprit, but these are a bit too expensive to leave to chance. I will look for uPC1237 ready made one.
Lucky me with the help of Wolf von Langa I recentered the spider and all is well again. Might have been transport related misalignment. Now to focus on a suitable amp -> actually finish what I have.
Tried, but I can't find he's words for it. Lots of good info in his ZV8/9 articles, but not that specific (more like 2-3V). May anyhow be device-dependent so I guess I better find out the hard way😉

Hey, Xeneven if I'm working on some other stuff (orders, plenty of tiny wires), LuDEF P somehow sneaked on my bench today ....
not much, but certainly most tricky is done - all SMDs are soldered on
