Some times tension are not precise around 0,01 Volts. All is correct ?
Anyway with curve tracer and other 2SK182ES received
datasheet things cristalise step by step.

Yes i report set 30 V / small 1K reading too
but with 10,2 or 8,2 ohm reading ??

Have made other with increased psu voltage
to find the same current with 10,2 ohm power
and was compare with 8,2ohm test results.
Just for fun good time 😀

I have good news.

PSz sent me some of his 2SK182ES for testing and they look great!

So, my parts were bad, as I suspected. It happens. I will drown my sorrows in a beverage of some sort.

Can you please inform us upon the source that these fets came from in order to avoid buying from them?

I would not want to imply that the seller is knowingly selling bad parts. This is sometimes what happens when one deals in old stock.

Instead I will tell you the name of a seller who has been friendly to deal with thus far and seems to have good parts to sell: eyelabo_jp

Your mileage may vary.

And, if you guys scoop all these up, be sure to save a pair for me. 🙂
