Does anyone have any "known good" 2SK182ES, or curves for them?
I'm thinking the two that I have are bad. Even the high voltage curves are just way out of whack.

I think they should look a lot more like the 2SK180.

I've seen a "bad" 2SK180 that has that same whacked-out character, so I'm wondering...

Making lots of assumptions, that's mu average = 3.5 ish

Can you take another set of readings at the 30V (or whatever the high range of your bench supply is)?

Also, do you measure a little voltage across the 1k resistor?

Could you share the link on where to get those from Japan.

I wish there was a link I could point you toward. I had to purchase 20 of them at auction through an intermediary. They have not arrived yet, but I am led to believe that they are unused, new in box with sequential serial numbers etc.
As far as I can tell the seller doesn't have more.

Great, thank you. BTW, there's a complete set of curves for the 2SK180 on my website. I've had maybe a dozen and most of them look like that, with a couple outliers, one that was just plain bad.
