yes, whatever you like - 48V, 24V, 12V, 5V - your choice of relays

Also, I’m curious…if 5V relays were used wouldn’t you have to change zener settings related to providing proper relay voltage?…does that affect anything else in the circuit?

that for original ( no logic) version

same as above (except no juice enough for 48Vdc relays)

zener - just use value of 4V more than relays used, to account for mosfet Ugs; in case of voltage lower than 12V, mount small heatsink on mosfet; for 24 and 12V no need for hsink
