mrriso,
It takes a while for it to go through 18 Wheeler if that's the route you took.
I think YWH is 13 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, at least that's what I figured the other day when I was checking world time .
All the Best!

Info on Epson PowrLite 52c
Hi all,
I was reading back on a post that BadBoy had posted, (http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59091&perpage=10&pagenumber=86
I have the same projector as he was working on which is an Epson 54c.
It has a 130 watt UHE lamp, and am pretty sure it's AC being the younger age (2003)
http://www.projectorcentral.com/Epson-PowerLite_52c.htm
I've had a few other questions on other projectors but being I'm new , can't directly e-mail members yet.( BTW how long does that take before I can?)
Anyway , BadBoy mentioned he was willing to experiment with a 200 watt JYD/AC lamp but there was no follow-up on success or not., this was in November and figured it would be enough time to find out whether it went "Pop Fizzzzz~~" or was a glowing success! ;o).
Anyone had contact with him on an update on success or know what bulb I can use in this projector or a possible improvement over the 130w UHE ?
Looking forward to a reply ;o)

I have looked on web and cannot find the difference between the UHE and UHP
There are many references to them but found nothing to say they are different.
(UHE)=UHE=Ultra High Efficiency (some say Ultra- High Energy.)
(UHP)= Ultra- High Performance.
Color temperature may be a factor but couldn't find any real references.
I checked V on the Epson Powerlite 52c.
It was only 4.30 VAC which I think was because it was in stand by mode because of no lamp. Read nothing on VDC.
Epson 52c calls for 130w UHE
Will try the 150w JYD/AC when they come in.
Here's a pic of the Epson 52c lamp:

Hi Dumbfounded
the UHP is made in PHILIPS only.
the UHE is made in PHILIPS and PANASONIC,
and
why The PHILIPS cooperated with the PANASONIC in building the new UHE?
they are different I think!
you have risk

Yes!
It is a metal halide 260w , but do you know AC or DC?
if the electrode like this , one biger one smaller, it is DC,
if they are same size, it is AC

Hi pfloydphan
$40 each shipping is $5.
you have to take a pic of your burned out lamp, close the bulb, like my pic, I need to see the electrode
your bulb is broken I think, dig the bulb out to take pic.
