pb6100 bulb
Hi all...
I'm new here so please forgive any newbie questions...
I'm wondering if I can purchase a replacement bulb for my BenQ pb6100 projector. The original one still works, but is now past 2000 hours, and I would like to replace it before it blows. I guess my question is mostly directed a ywh as he seems to know alot about these bulbs.... Can I get one, and how much will it cost?
Any info would be great, and if any info is needed from me, please let me know...

from what I can tell, it is either 200Watt UHP or NSH. What is NSH?
The bulb itself has NSH200BQ on it, so I'm assuming it is that type. Will the UHP work?

NSH is a lamp made by Ushio. It is a UHP DC lamp from what I have read.

YWH, You have the original lamp for my Mitsubishi XL4U. It is rated to last 2000 hrs, 3000 hrs in Eco mode. It is a 180w NSH. If I get a 200w Jyd DC, do you think it will last longer? And if so, what is your estimate?

NSH is DC lamp, UHP is AC lamp, that web said your lamp is UHP,
can you sure your lamp is NSH?
if it is 200w NSH, I dont like replace this lamp.

E-TORL is Epson Twin Optimized Reflection Lamp, we have no this lamp, your lamp is the best;-)

How can I find out for sure what kind of bulb my projector needs? I've looked around the net, but am finding differing answers. Some say UHP, others NSH. Would it damage the projector to use UHP? Is it possible that its just the model number has NSH in it that is causing the confusion? projectorcentral does say its a UHP...

YWH, So I can not use a Jyd in place of my 180w NSH. Can I get a 200w NSH lamp from you instead of the 180W NSH. Would that lamp last longer in my projector? If this will work, How much would a 200w lamp be?
Does anyone know what kind of bulb the Mitsubishi HD1000U takes and if we can get one of these replacements for it? thanks in advance.

you can not use a Jyd in place of 180w NSH, but you can use a SHP in place of 180w NSH, they are same, DC, but the producer are not same.

The free lamp offer is being debated right now because some people are saying you had to buy the projector before the price drop. But the rebate form you posted didn't indicate anything to that effect. Where did you find the rebate form at? Thanks for your help.

there is only one type lamp kit can be pulled the bulb out, 180w SHP. because few projector install this type lamp kit.
