Hi Ywh,
I've got an old Infocus lp330, the lamp is missing, are you still able to provide 120w uhp bulbs?
I assume it would run straight off the projecters internal ballast, is this right?
Sorry to pick your brains, I'm a proper noob.

Awesome , can you tell me what kind of connectors or holders i need for the bulb, or should i just rig up some wires?
How do I go about buying the lamp from you, do I talk to you or 18wheeler?
As for the reflector, is it simply a parabolic reflector or something more complicated?
Thanks for sharing your superior knowledge,
Doc

My question is what are you guys using to hold the lamp in the reflector when you replace it? Brand names etc of epoxy, glue, or whatever it is I need to look for. I am in NJ USA. thanks

Hi,
I have a Sanyo PLV-Z1 projector with a defect bulb.
It uses a 130W UHP Lamp. It ist possible to use the 150W UHP lamp 18wheeler sells?
Unfortunately the projector isn't mentioned in the replacement PDF, so I don't know wether I need a A.C. or D.C lamp.
thanks

Compaq MP1400
Hi ywh!
I just bought a Compaq MP1400 ... I see here :
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=690828&stamp=1122477331
that my lamp would be: JYs150/A.C
Is it correct? Because that lamp is 150 W, instead the one in my compaq is a 120W...
P.s. Why is Compaq Mp1400 listed under CEO ?

or , you can test the V of lamp when power on. you can see AC or DC.
your lamp is VIPR 120W,that is same with JYs120, but AC or DC?

Re: Re: Compaq MP1400
How do I get that? There is somewhere on the original lamp I should look for AC or DC?
So, what is the difference? Why should I put a 150W in a 120W?

Yes, I still own the original lamp, but it is exploded. I took a few pictures of it, perhaps they help you to identify the lamp:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

But I still don't understand how to test "the V of lamp" when power on. When I switch on the projector, the e-ballast tries to switch on the lamp with a short "buzz" noise.
Hi Ywh
I'm looking for a replacement lamp for Toshiba TLP-550. I found in the "replacement" PDF that I will need lamp JYs150/A.C. Can you sell such lamp? If so, what should I do, do you sell on ebay, or directly, how much would it cost, and would you send to Poland?
Regards
