heatsinks/chassis
Go to a metal scrap yard and purchase aluminum for half the cost of new. I can build the chassis shown on that page for around $70.00 U.S. The electronic parts cost much more than the chassis/heatsinks if you DIY. For a few dollars more, you can extend the fins to accomodate a larger amplifier.

Re: New Heat Sinks
Sorry about that, here are the pictures JasonL.
I buy all my metals from Metal Supermarkets, they are a really cool Retail supplier of all sorts of metals. They have Breaks and Benders on site and will cut and bend to size on request. Here is the link. http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/
Unfortunately Active Surplus is for walk in trade only. You can always try Wakefield Engineering for heatsinks.

Hi JasonL,
You're not far from where I am now (Prince George, BC). You should be able to get drum barrels full of aluminium for heatsinking since you're closer to Kitimat (Alcan).
Currently getting parts to build another SoZ for use here in PG. I've brought over a batch of heatsinks with me when I was in NZ.

Your best bet is R-Theta. Trigon just bought 4 of them, ask him for details. They are Canadian. Look like this http://www.passdiy.com/gallery/a75-p7.htmk
