GB for Limited Edition SMD Folded Cascode CEN IV

Yes.

If necessary we can also offer XEN matched Toshiba JFETs.
But they are matched to a much higher spec than DIYA store, and hence more expensive.

The other thru hole devices you need to match yourself, maybe organise and form your own groups according to continents.
Not so difficult as SMD, so have to DIY.

Again, just to be absolutely clear :

The normal SMD FC CEN IV in DIP8 footprint requires +/-15V power supply.
It can be configured to work with +/-12V, with some increase in distortion.
The 15V version is not work with 12V, and vice versa.
If they are to be plugged directly into a circuit meant for normal opamp IV,
you MUST remove Riv and Civ meant originally for opamp IV, or risk damage.

I cannot emphasis this more.

This GB is for 15V all the parts were ordered so if you wish to make it 12V Patrick can tell which components need to be changed...
As Patrick has mentioned this is +/-15V IV... And if we all agree it should stay like this.
Since components will be ordered in bulk for the price, it can only be one option.
Maybe Patrick can later share what values would need changing so if someone really wants to change to 12V has that option to order some additional values...
