GB for Limited Edition SMD Folded Cascode CEN IV

I'm enjoying a set in my main system from the first GB that Ripster and Patrick were kind enough to put together.

For clarity, the "first GB" refer to this, which is all bipolar transistors :

It is FET based and includes a built-in 3rd order low pass filter.

There is also a through-hole version which is not limited. But PCB only.
You need to match your own devices.

As Patrick has mentioned this is +/-15V IV... And if we all agree it should stay like this.
Since components will be ordered in bulk for the price, it can only be one option.
Maybe Patrick can later share what values would need changing so if someone really wants to change to 12V has that option to order some additional values...
