it seems some re-writing is in order (probably Papa again forgot to include ZM is Genius! sentence on end of his writing
)....... suddenly there is no sign of it on Articles | The Absolute Sound (link to article page) , even if it was there half hour ago

I'll just leave this right here: First Watt F7 Stereo Power Amplifier | The Absolute Sound
It's back! Right now, at least.
The manual shows a current waveform where the stage is just brushing
shutoff at 50 watts peak into 4. This would be 25 watts rms into 4.
The 30W rms figure is quoted for 2% thd, and is just past the Class A region.

It is interesting that Disck Olsher compared the F7 to the F3. I own a pair of BassZillas Platinum Edition MKII and wasn't sure if the F3 could drive them to play at a reasonable volume. After reading his review, I have added the F3 to my project wish list.

Thanks for the explanation.
that just shows that you're not reading Pa's novelettes thoroughly

No. Not really. I read and understood everything Papa wrote in his article.
It's as simple as I don't trust what most reviewers write and 50W peak into 4 ohms does not equal 30W rms into 4 Ohms.
Ps Nothing against Dick, he is probably one of the rare few I have some level of faith in. I'm an extremely cynical bastard. Hahahaha
Here is an elaboration and simulation of the PCF-T1-opamp circuit shown in post 713.
Hello lhquam.
Thank you for the generous analyses.
You have a solid theoretical and practical understanding of PCF and NFB in power amps. This large volume of knowledge which you've already input in this thread is amenable for "distillation" so as to publish several articles; say in Linear Audio magazine.
Best regards.
