Good day folks,
Hoping to finally get around to building my F6. I was too cheap to buy a proper case and I like making stuff... so I bought just the base plate and 4x CPU heatsinks. I'll be using 2 Plitron 225VA transformers. Still working through a few ideas on how to mount the heatsinks & mosfets, so that's not modelled here.
Wondering if someone can give this a quick once-over and tell me if anything (placement/etc) is problematic? Distance between the transformers is almost exactly 20cm.

You've escaped the confines of the heatsink. Why not explore a new layout? All the stock layouts force the supply-centric footprint, but now you can do all kinds of combos. Power below, amps front and center, etc. There's always some feature to show off. For an F6 it's obviously the transformers.

Thanks for the reply. You're right, and I've been thinking of a few ideas but maybe not creative enough. I'm still assuming I'll need to use fans on the heatsinks... but I haven't built an amp like this before so I'm not sure. No fans would open things up ever more...
You're probably gonna need fans. I did an F6 P2P with custom heat dissipation and ended up using a quiet 60mm Noiseblocker XR-2 to shore it up.
Yep, forced air. The fins are too close together for natural convection regardless of fin orientation.
Rotate them and make it an air cooled flat four!
With fans drawing up through the sinks from above or pushing air through the sinks from below.

Thanks for the ideas & feedback everyone, much appreciated.
V8 look... with turbos? hahah

not that one
one fan on top, middle
heck, even thin plastic foil can be used to make boundary
with some effort, it can look really nice
cheap, witty, proper Papaproach

I'll try some other ideas soon. Just finished a big PC Case with acrylic airflow baffles so this shouldn't be too bad.
Is remote mounting of the mosfets an option?
