and you followed up with

I think your design is a fine one but it is kind of overboard if you (or anyone) make a promise that you don't intend to honor.

It is almost impossible, someone with good will to perceive that amplifier as not excelent.

Others, that have not good will, will be never satisfied with any amplifier, so, they do not count.

One or even 10 are not important, when 20K is trusting on us

What if I am not satisfied? How do you put your money where your mouth is? Otherwise, a guarantty is nothing but empty words.

I would think that you would be entitled to get back all the money you paid Carlos (and as a man of honor, I' sure he would honor the refund) for his advise and effort to discuss the amp in question.

why then do you promise the impossible? what you did is simply undermining your own credibility.

Call a dog a dog and a cat a cat. If you cannot guarantee other people's satisfaction (as you said), then don't guarantee other people's satisfaction.

Simple as that.

Maybe we are reading from two different posts. I thought Carlos said the following:

Satisfaction is guaranteed!

I think you would have to be a Clinton to interpret that into

"It's unlikely somebody having built this amp will perceive it as not good."

.

the 2nd sentence in my view is a perfectly sane and reasonable statement, while the first one isn't.
