Hehe, I suspect they do not have any plans.....

Look eg at the THS4131 internal simplified schematic:

Then look at the application examples.
These are already SUSY examples.....

The patent license is probably only to legalize their stuff 😀

Btw, THS4131 and OPA1632 looks quite similar.......
