I built my Zen amp 5 times. Caught fire at least 2 times.

No collateral damage, but it's scary when you see those sandcast resistors pop for the first time!
If I didn't finish the Zen amp, I wouldn't have continued in DIY audio. Building the BOZ gave me hope. It's still running from the first build.
My point is- never give up on DIY audio!! It's the best distraction from life's problems! Long live DIY audio and DIYAUDIO.COM!!!
