Citation II - 2023

I absolutely hate that too. Can all the threads merge into just one thread? People need to stop creating threads of the same topic willy-nilly!
:cop:

We thought of doing just that but if that is done then all threads loose their individual identity and the result will become a single timeline based on dates and times the posts were made.

If @Lmitchell wishes that then it can still be done.

After 8 months, have my Citation 2024 amplifier is fully functional. Solved all the problems with turn on hum and noise.
New main pcb board layout, better power supply.
Added .1 uF caps a cross the two dc voltage supplies.
Added two 50 ohm resistors as a center tap on the 6.3 vdc lines.
Added a speaker turn on dethump circuit delay of 30 seconds or so.
More information coming after running for a few days . Schemtatics, signal pics, layout pics, new gerber files, New BOM.
I have a friend who will professionally test my unit in a few months.
Pictures are of the main pcb and the amp at the bottom of system picture.
My preliminary testing, unit is flat from 20 to 20khz at full power.
Sounds great, nice and quiet.
Update info soon…..LMitchell
